Been waiting for months for bamboo tie back cap and it’s never in stack. Poor customer service. No number to call and no feedback on when things will be back

Heyyy I'm currently struggling with hijab alopecia I heard your undercaps are the best but they're all sold out . Can you pls restock this bamboo undercap???

I ordered a jersey hijab with the matching undercap and I received a chiffon hijab. I emailed them and they said that it was out of stock and said they will send me the hijab as soon as it’s back in stock. A week or two later I get a notification that it’s back in stock but then went out of stock immediately so I emailed them again and they said the same thing and offered a gift card for the same amount of the item. I asked if I could choose another color and I did and they said that it was out of stock but on their website it said the complete opposite. So after that I just got the gift card and let it go but a similar thing happened to me again with the gift card

I am so happy with these tie back undercaps! I much prefer them over the tube caps because you can customize the fit and they are more full coverage. Thank you Azelefa for giving so many options for bamboo undercaps that are high quality and match the hijabs perfectly!
